Studio Policies
  1. When a student enrolls in lessons, the teacher reserves a weekly (or twice weekly) time for that student.  That time then becomes unavailable to other students.

  2. Tuition is billed monthly.  Payment is due and payable before the first scheduled lesson of the month.

  3. There is a $25 fee for late payments.  A payment is considered late if it is not received by the first scheduled lesson of the month.

  4.  Students are expected to attend all scheduled lessons.  Tuition will not be credited for missed lessons.  However, if a 24-hour advance notice is given, and if time is available in the studio schedule, the missed lesson may be rescheduled at the teacher's discretion.

  5. If the teacher misses a lesson, a make-up time will be arranged.  Make-up times are usually available on Sundays.

  6. Missed lessons must be made-up within 30 days of the missed lesson, or it will be forfeited.

  7. Tardy students will only receive the remainder of their scheduled lesson time.

  8. All books and materials must be purchased by the student.

  9. Students enrolling for lessons must commit to daily practice.  If you are over scheduled with other activities and do not have time for practice, you will not make progress.  Please remember, that playing a musical instrument is a skill and requires a concentrated effort and commitment on the part of the student to succeed.  Please take this into consideration before enrolling.
